The newest heartthrob of Netflix's Wednesday season 2 is a Filipino werewolf named Bruno
I'm just going to assume all of the Wednesday series' romantic relationships turn out well? ... What do you mean "Hyde?"

After having rather poor luck in the romance department in Wednesday season 1, it appears that cupid is stringing some black, raven-feathered arrows and trying again when season 2 drops later this year. According to Netflix themselves, a new possible romantic interest for at least one of the characters is headed to the Addams Family spinoff's sophomore season, as they've announced the newest heartthrob at Nevermore: a Filipino werewolf called Bruno.
This character announcement comes from the Wednesday season 2 updated cast list that Netflix published on their Tudum page July 9. The streamer announced that this will be the first major role played by actor Noah B. Taylor, who is bringing "brooding intensity" to the role that Netflix calls "the newest heartthrob at Nevermore."
(And no, the curiousness of the that we're announcing a werewolf heartthrob played by a Taylor is not lost on us, Twilight fans.)
But don't expect Bruno and Wednesday Addams to be the item everyone's talking about once Wednesday season 2 drops. As you can see in the announcement photo posted above, it appears Bruno's caught the eye of Wednesday's roommate and erstwhile best friend Enid Sinclair, played by A Good Girl's Guide to Murder star Emma Myers. Fans of the series know that Enid is also a lycanthrope, so we at least know that the pair will have that in common.
We're also assuming that moonlit walks are out of the question.
Season 2 part 1 of Wednesday will be released on Netflix on August 6. And season 2 part 2 of Wednesday will be released on Netflix on September 3.
