We’ve been waiting years for a new Superman movie. James Gunn assures us that this is the true launch point of the DCU, despite last year’s Creature Commandos taking place in the same universe. As such, we expect to see plenty of familiar characters on the screen. In addition to Lex Luthor, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen, we’re also going to see Guy Gardner, Hawkgirl, and Supergirl make an appearance. Mr. Terrific, Metamorpho, and, of course, Krypto the Superdog are all going to make their big screen debut. It is an exciting time to be a Superman fan.
