Among the flurry of announcements that have come out of San Diego Comic Con 2026, we’ve gotten something extra special for Percy Jackson fans. The Percy Jackson and the Olympians panel at SDCC confirmed the Season 3 release date in just a few months, while those at the panel were treated to the opening of the first episode, which sets up the adventure to come: find the di Angelo siblings.

Last year it was revealed that Levi Chrisopulos has been cast as Nico di Angelo, while Olive Abercrombie has joined as Nico’s older sister, Bianca di Angelo. The di Angelo siblings are (spoilers) revealed to be the offspring of one of the major Greek gods (we won’t get into exactly who just yet in case fans of the show aren’t quite caught up on books). Nico plays a major role in the third book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians, The Titan’s Curse, as well as becomes the lead in his own spin-off series, The Nico di Angelo Adventures.

While the clip shown at San Diego Comic Con didn’t give us our first look at Chrisopulos and Abercrombie in their roles, it did set up the initial plot of the third season, which is focused on finding the di Angelo siblings and bringing them to Camp Half-Blood.

Levi Chrisopulos is currently listed as a series regular while Olive Abercrombie is a recurring star, which, as our own Ashley Victoria Robinson explains in a bonus (and spoiler-filled) Lore Corner, reflects the story of Percy Jackson and the Olympians Book 3, where Nico is more embedded in the central narrative while Bianca joins the Hunters of Artemis and goes off on her own adventures. Because being a demigod is always hard work.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 debuts on Disney+ on November 20, 2026.
