The complete Chucky movie collection's price is nearly as small as the titular character this Black Friday

Chucky might seem like a B-lister to some young horror aficionados, but the truth is that the Child's Play franchise never went anywhere and has remained reasonably healthy over the years. In fact, the slasher-themed multiplayer video game Dead by Daylight is welcoming the evil doll to its ever-growing roster of monsters and murderers. Looking to get into the movie series and TV show? Amazon has cut the price of the Chucky 7-Movie Collection on Blu-ray clean in half, downsizing it to just $29.99 from the $59.98 list price. That's seven movies (all but the 2019 reboot) for 30 bucks. Pretty sweet.
The cover art resembles that of a toy packaging, which is a nice little touch, and the collection also includes a good selection of bonus features, including a gag reel, deleted scenes, featurettes, commentaries, and much more. It's more than we'd normally expect from a Blu-ray collection of this sort. By the way, the unrated versions of Seed, Curse, and Cult of Chucky are included as well.
The plot of the 1988-released original movie follows a widowed mother who gives a doll to her son, unaware that the doll is possessed by the soul of a serial killer. Sounds simple, right? Well, like with other slasher franchises, things get weirder as you progress through the sequels, but one constant is that Brad Dourif's performances as the murderous doll are just delightful (he's coming back for his Dead by Daylight debut too).
